Well I was sitting here thinking how I am really looking forward to having no sore hips at night and no toilet trips and lots of clothes that fit and realised there were a couple of other things I will so be doing when I have had bubs....

What things will you be doing once baby has arrived?

1.I am hanging out to lie on a sunbed for my exczema - it clears up after 3 sessions...

2.I am dying to have Eggs Benedict with Runny Eggs....Well Poached Eggs in general.

3.And a big helping of Hot Yummy Fries with Aioli and Pesto (have not been able to stomach greased food this time around)

4.Plus I am looking forward to being a bit more mobile around the house. Things are getting a bit of a struggle now!!!

I am hanging out to:
1. Meet my little bubs!

2. Eat sushi. And a chicken roll from the local bakery. In fact, eat chicken in any form.

3. Be able to drive past KFC without dry wretching

4. Put my socks on without help from Maya! Or even just be able to reach my feet again

5. Not have to get up 5 times a night to go to te toilet. Not even a baby wakes up that often!

Hey there,

I am totally hanging out for sushi - I said to hubby the other day that he would have to dash out and get me some once baby is born.

I would also love to get a spray tan - I am sooooo pale at the moment but I do realise that it's winter.

I agree with the mobile thing - am looking forward to being able to go on my power walks again and not having to hold my tummy when needing to run across the road etc etc.

I'm looking foward to that amazing first cuddle with Bubs.
Eating avocado sushi followed closely by a large piece of cheesecake.
Sleeping on my tummy.
Buying new clothes in normal sizes!!
Feeling comfortable and not limited by my tummy when having sex.

I can't wait for:

1- This little fella and his first hugs.
2- My sister to visit and give me more pressies.
3- To have sex again.
4- To be able to put shoes on myself, as well as pants and undies.
5- To be able to reach and wipe when I'm in the loo without half falling off to get around my gut.
6- To walk down the beach without sinking in the sand.
7- To eat whatever I haven't/can't eat at the moment.
8- To be able to shave my legs and be able to do that bikini line again.
9- To be able to sleep on my belly, back, sides without waking to get a huge amount of momentum to move.
10- To sleep without being achy.
11- To have my feet not swollen and be able to paint my toe nails again.
12- To be able to be mobile
13- To have clothes that fit me
14- To be able to walk down the street without people staring at me.
15- To be able to walk without having this annoying waddle.
16- To be able to not have to get up to pee so often- day or night.
17- To be able to just enjoy the things I can't at the moment and do or eat what I can't or haven't been either <--- think that sums it all up huh.

I'm exhausted- I hate being pregnant- horrible hey.

I am and I still have 30 weeks to go:

  • Sushi chicken sushi in particular
  • Not going to the loo so often
  • Crackers and camernbert cheese
  • Not having a tummy that sticks out so much
  • Playing netball again
  • Subway

I have my friend on sushi patrol, she has to bring some up to me after I have had this baby. I told her I so don't want to see her unless she has the sushi with her. She knows the one I like so she will get it for me.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

2. Eat KFC burgers
3. Put my shoes on without grunting
4. Sleep through the night without havign to go to the loo
5. Put my real jeans on again - not these crazy stretchy maternity thingees I currently wear!9althoguh this may take some time...!)

Last but not least (probably most importantly) I am really curious to see this babies face - I lie awake at night and think about what she will look like, often I try to imagine what her face is like, does she look like me? DOes she look like DH? I am soooo curious I cant wait to see her!

I was just thinking last night how I'd love to sleep comfortably again.  Those sore, achey hips are AWFUL at night!

And it'll be nice to roll over in bed without risking pulling a muscle.  And best of all - I'll sleep and rest on my back... ahhhh.

And then I'll have a beer.  Not at the same time as my sushi, but there'll be sushi too.

And when I'm full of sushi (but before the beer, I think), I'll get that bikini line back into shape good'n'proper.

And when I venture out, people will no longer think it's OK to stare at my stomach (this one sleazy-looking guy just stared at it, looked at me and did that raised-eyebrow chin-up 'yeah I know what you've been doin' thing, then repeated it all 3 more times... what a dick!!).

Eeeuw! Yes Andie there are some gross guys out there - since I now have the most giant boobs in the world at the moment I find I am getting some unwanted attention -I have gone from a C to a double D and occassionally I see some creepy guy staring at my chest (well ofcourse it's pretty hard NOT to look at - with these big bouncing jugs! But staring? Please!) and it is gross... I will be happy when I dont have giant bouncing eye popping boobs tahat encourage creepy guys to stare!!!

I'm sorry to say that it gets worse too Frantic!
Once you've actually had the baby, then you have the giant breastfeeding boobies and no belly to discourage people from staring.
At first I was sooo glad to have big boobs for a change, being naturally quite small in that department. The novelty wore off pretty fast though with all the dirty guys staring blatantly. yuck!
