I was recommended some by a health shop when I was pregnant.   They had alsorts of different ones for different ailments.    I put in bold the one I used. I had really bad congestion and flu but couldn't take anything but panadol!   The cold/flu did have to run it's course, but I did notice some relief from it when using the salts. I think you can get them from most health shops for about $10.   They are easy to take too, just flavourless tablets that dissolve in your mouth. Not unpleasant at all. Good for pregnant women as they are all natural and totally safe.
