Yeah I did some googling before and it said that same thing...but the info I found was that it wasn't common for adults to get because most had been exposed to it at some time. It also said if a pregnant woman *did* contract it there was no proof what it did to the unborn child.
I have no idea if I've been exposed to it...so I've told my friend not to be offended but given the dramas of the last week (I'm still getting the occassional light bleeding/discharge) I'd rather play paranoid and re-arrange dinner...
I don't think she is offended but I really just want to play it very safe for the next 5 weeks at least when I reach week 38.
