Where in Auckland can I go to have a 3D ultrasound as well as a DVD/movie of the scan?

Don't know if Auckland Xray are still doing them. I think they're no longer doing pregnancy screening (and even if they are, I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole).

Insight have a really good reputation.

I forgot about the parnell one when I posted that link... I also would recommend insight as they are who I go to...

I just thought you wanted to have the scan done outside of the normal ones and according to that website they do them without referral...

I've been to Auckland xray on Dominion Rd and I cannot fault them... they were really nice and did everything they could to get decent pics and shots of everything... including checking 5 times during the scan to reassure me the baby was most definitely still a girl!!

You dont need a referral, but they will only do it within a certain timeframe (24-30 weeks I think?) and you have to take a copy of your anatomy scan report with you.

Oh and if your even just 5 minutes late they will cancel your booking and you'll have to re-book... I learnt that the hard way!

Ditto. I found them really good. And it was only $50 which is very reasonable. Most other places are between $160 & $200.
