Foam Concrete Insulation

So as I was reading the local suburb paper I noticed an advert for foam concrete - which is poured under the house for insulation. This is the first time I have ever heard of this! We really need some sort of underground insulation in our house ! So just wondering if anyone has heard of it and can recommend or not recommend it. Also what were the costs of getting it done.
