I'm 6 1/2 months pregnant with our first child and I'm starting to freak out about dropping down to one wage - I plan to be a stay at home mum but it scares me to think I won't be contributing any cash to the family. Everyone keeps telling me things will be fine and we'll cope - I'm really good at budgeting and we don't spend like crazy now - but stil....
I'm interested in anybodies ideas for earning extra cash from home (keep it clean girls! lol) - I'm very crafty and paint knit and do all that I'm also a graphic designer. How has everyone else coped??
i know a couple of ppl that got paper rounds just to deal with the boredom of being at home. even in awful weather you can put a storm cover on the pram and go for a walk.
I know a girl who did paintings and sold them on Trade me I think she did quite well from that.
Otherwise is it possible to get little graphic design contracts and do them from home?
I have just started doing facepainting... more for a break from being mummy, and just doing something else for myself that I really enjoy.
The little extra pocket money helps a wee bit too
With all your skills I am sure you could find plenty to do while you are at home with baby.
