30g unsalted butter or use 30gm oil like I did
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1cup sugar
2 large eggs
pinch of salt
1 cup flour sifted
1 tsp baking powder

1. Preheat oven to 180deg. Line cookie sheet with baking paper
2. Combine butter/oil, cocoa, sugar, eggs & salt in a bowl. Add the flour & baking powder & stir well.
3. Place 12 spoonfuls of mixture on baking paper & bake for 15-20 mins.

I found these spread heaps! I'd use teaspoons next time & get more biscuits. I think I only baked them for 15mins. Taste just like chocolate.

Oh I use Pams cocoa powder as I find that gives the best chocolate flavour in all my cakes/biscuits etc

Mmm, must try. Apparently if they spread, it can be a sign the mix isn't cold enough, so put it in the fridge before baking. Haven't tried it myself but my workmate swears by it!
