   Or something to that effect
I'm way ahead of myself here but I think I need to be. Next year is going to be slighlty (very) nuts, and I need to get super organised. I'm going to make myself a book, one book, that has the
 -family schedule
 -budget
 -meal plan
 -crock pot recipes
 -Money Saving Tips
 -Lunch box ideas
 -My cleaning schedule
 -Important numbers etc
 all in it.
What else would you include if you had to essentially make a book, telling someone else how to run the family?

awesome! Man we're going to have the most amazing two years if we can just stay on top of it all, or the worst run down stressy time. I figured this is the easiest way to stay on top of it all

he will be home a little more though, he's back to full time study, so I guess I should make it 'man friendly'

I guess it depends on what book you are using..alphabetical would work best for my DH so maybe something you could add pages too...or sections.

what an awesome idea - I sooooo wish I could be that organised! Might be easier to have a folder with dividers so you can alter and add as ya need to? just a thought
BTW - I think out wee girls go to preschool together and have the same name

hmm this looks pretty cool but there is nothing else in their diary that you don't have included. Goes to show there is a market out there for this sort of thing...

A notebook with headings for you to detail how often baby fed, for how long, when they had a wet/pooey nappy and when they went to sleep and woke up. The midwife likes to see it but it's good for you too.

I also had a c-section and so wrote down when I took panadol and when I took tramadol because I was so sleep-deprived I couldn't remember it!!
Something that's not a list that you could get ready for your own peace of mind is stocking up on books/dvds and any other kind of toy that might amuse your toddler and keep her quiet. Prepared snacks that are kind of ready made or pre-prepared so you don't have to do anything but pull out a little bag of assortments already in it to keep her amused.
I know what it's like in that last trimester when you are nesting and want everything to be perfect... but it won't all be perfect and organized but it will be fine      But great ideas!

I still have a notice up by my washing machine with instructions on washing baby clothes because otherwise DH wouldn't separate colours (and neither would anyone else helping me) and just put ordinary powder in - no nappisan and no soaking etc. Also include instructions while you are in hospital such as bills that need paying - amount and date. And your birth plan? Also a list of your usual shopping items including those you'll use for baby.

Thanks newlywed! I'll certainly take them on board for when the bubs is born, but most of this is just me trying to over-organise myself for the whole year, so baby will be 4 months +. TBH I hated recording when I bf and for how long etc Bugger the mw seeing it I knew she was full & healthy!

dont forget a calendar I like the full day ones where you can put things in each time slot, will help keep appointments in order.
Maybe a health section for any medication/allergies/anything else you need to do at regular intervals so you can write down when they are done so you know you have done them.

No worries just trying to think of things to add - you've pretty much got it covered and kind of inspiring me to do something similar but I'll probably never get around to it
ETA: Oh! Have you seen Babe's blog? It has really handy household tips that you could add in there too.
 Here's the link:
Hope that works!
