Hi,

We've decided that DS needs a more active social life. He spends the day with Nana and GDad and we've all agreed that he could do with some interaction with other kids so we've decided to give daycare a go. A couple of half days a week should do.

There are so many daycare centres around between Tawa and Mana (incl. Whitby) - Can anyone recommend ones to check out?

Thanks heaps!!

yep same one chonni!

I worked for the company and had a child in there and also knew of others that had their kids in there and one thing I remember them telling me was that the teachers let the kids (over 2's) have REAL hammers for hammering on to wood yet a few of the kids were hammering other kids hands etc..cos the teachers were not paying attention to the kids.

The CEO also repremanded a Centre Manager yrs ago at a conference in front of her staff and work colleagues and then all the parents who had kids in that centre were not told what was going on for months afterward!!
