What does anyone do for back pain?
I'm 24 weeks and belly is growing pretty big-I have just started getting bad back pain and find it hard to get comfortable in normal chairs etc. Swimming and yoga are great but I need more relief!

My midwife referred me to the hospital physio and that helped a little. She gave me one of those bandage support thingys.   As the others said massage and wheat packs helped but nothing fixed it until I gave birth and then then pain was pretty much instantly gone (or maybe the drugs after the c/s masked the pain).
