Can you get silver wool? I am thinking to knit a scarf for a friend in the UK fr xmas and was thinking to do it black and silve.

Yip, I made some ear muffs as a joke for my MIL and used silver wool. Got it from knitting world I think.

There are some decorative acrylic yarns out there that have silver in, try Spotlight as they always seem to have a plethora of them! You can't really get natural wool that is actually silver, too hard to dye.

Oh yes, I must add that it was acrylic, not wool.
