How long after you have last been sick, are you safe? My sister was last vomited at lunch time yesterday and was going to ask her to watch Caide tonight but not too sure if she is "safe"!

I think that daycares have a 24 hour guideline from last vomit/diarrhoea. So long as she is feeling healthy (no nausea/cramps) she should be fine.

But trust your mummy instincts if your concerned get someone else to watch him

You have to wait 48 hours after you last vomited until you are allowed to return at our preschool.
