The promo that was in the latest magazine for a free photo card, has anyone had any problems with it?
I redemed mine a couple of weeks ago, and it appeared in my account. Today when I log in it has dissapered. Grrrrrr
Also my free prints that you get for signing up have gone too, snapfish say they are there, but they dont show up.

Yes i have had problems.
I rang them today and the guy said he would refund me straight away. But i wasnt to keen on that. So he just credited me the $19.95.
So they should be arriving soon.
But i must say the service was very slack when i rang!!!!!

My credits wouldn't redeem when I got to the checkout. Got it sorted pretty fast though.

I had trouble too. Ended up paying then using live chat and getting a refund and photo cards arrived 2days later 
ANNOYING it wasn't simple tho!

I tired asking 4 help on the OB fb page but I sorteit myself so deleted my post. There were a few people (incl me) having issues and discussing it on another person's post but no OB member (it was night time)
Maybe they're just not fully aware of the issues?
Very hard not to whinge tho lol considering they're *free*

Same problem here. But when I rang they immediately put the credit into my account.

I've been trying to make some cards all night, and it keeps cropping photos in stupid places, and you can't change them. Also is really slow, I've given up and will try again tomorrow before I get too grumpy with it lol.

I'm having the same problem now (yeah, I know, I'm a bit slack waiting this long!). I got impatient waiting on the phone for someone to answer, so I emailed them a day ago, but still no reply! 
How do you find the live chat? I found the times they're supposed to be available on the contacts page, but nowhere to actually "chat"?
I'm thinking about just ordering the damn things to get them made and sent to me, then worrying about crediting them back to me later!

When you sign in it should come up on your account page- if they are online. Although they are in America so their time difference isnt too bad.

Have you got a normal snapfish account, you should be able to swap between the too and ask them there, or else they are not online at the moment. They are on at odd times.

Finally decided to just go ahead with the order! They finally emailed me, and refunded the price of the cards, which was great! Yay, now just waiting for them to arrive!
