Heres a little something which is orsum, and even better ITS FREE for a limited time. Go to Quotable Value website and get a free report on your house (or a house that you’re looking at). Offer expires 8 Oct. Just note that there may be quite a delay before you receive the report to your email though.
Click on the link below - enter an address and you will receive a 19 page report about the house's value and various statistics. Only condition - one report per email account.

thanks for that - one of the girls at work went to the home show and got told about it but the link they gave was the wrong one....we were trying from work but to get our own properties via work we have to pay so this was good to get....thanks again

Thats cool, did one for our house and one for the rental we are doing up and selling. Both came out more $$$ than GV.
