Does anyone have tried and true plum sauce receipes? or a bbq plum sauce receipe? My next door neighbour just gave me my 4th bag of Damason plums. As I have enough jam and don't really want to freeze them.

My Mum has one, I'll try to ask her. You can freeze them until you need them.

That would be great. Just washed and dried them to pop in the freezer till I nail down a receipe.
