Hey all,

My brother in law is coming over from the UK later in the year and wanted a car seat to borrow for his girlfriends son, he is a small 6 year old and uses a booster seat in the UK.

Our DD is in her reversible seat at the moment, and will be for a while yet, but we were thinking about buying a booster seat for her to use later. We had a quick look online and saw the Edinburgh Travel Booster Seat. It looked pretty good and a good price, and means she can move into it a little earlier than with other seats and give up hers for #2 at some stage.

Does anyone have one? Can we please get some feedback as to what they are like? We will have a look at one when we next go into town, but recommendations are the way to go! We'd like something that would last until she was able to move out of a seat or off a booster.

Thanks everyone!

I think that is the one we have for Jack and I like it. He is still able to use the 5 point harness at 4yrs and should be able to use it for quite some time.

The only downside is that I can't use it in Mum's car. The seatbelt goes around/over the little armrests on the seat, Mum's seatbelt has a safety mechanism in it that means that once seatbelt is done up and tightens it locks and won't extend out until after it has retracted fully (clear as mud??! ). Anyway it means that you can't pull the seatbelt out to go back over the seat arms when you want to take the booster out. Only a worry if your seatbelts are like my Mum's
