DS2 is a happy baby, but we don't get many laughs.

We occasionally get a little chuckle by holding him up and swaying him side to side.

We had a friend over with a 6yro who was 'acting the goat' and DS2 thought it was HILARIOUS - I mean full on side splitting laughter. He was pulling faces and walking funny, stuff like that. We of course have tried to repeat it with no success. He just stares at us like we're mental.

I'd like to hear what other 'tricks' are to get proper laughs out of their little ones.

DD will ALWAYS laugh when she's tickled, her feet and under her chin.

She also watches DS and cracks up, he brings her things and puts them on top of her and you'd think he was a comedian the way she carries on. Also when DH throws her up in the air she laughs like a hyena

I hope you can crack him soon!!

I find kissing/nuzzling DS2 under the jaw ALWAYS get loads of laughs ... and then hiccups

He and DD were babies that would smile lots and we could get the odd laugh out of them as young babies, but whatever we did wore off pretty quick and then they'd give a really half hearted laugh/sigh as if to say, 'OK, I'm bored now'
