Hi has anyone got any ideas for sleeping I'm 24 weeks and when I go to bed my back and legs are so sore they keep me awake I've tried pillow between my knees to take the pressure off but is no longer working.Any advice would be awesome,this pregnancy is so different to the boys I am the same size now as I was with the boys full term

:( maybe try a hot bath with a few drops of lavender oil before bed, and minimal fluids about an hour before bed. Good luck!!

get your man to give your legs and back a nice gentle massage. When I was preggers I had a 'snuggle buddy' don't know if you've seen them around but just had it under my tummy lying on my side and it always fitted perfectly I couldn't live without it it came with me everywhere. I even went to a couple of parties with it haha.
