So, I'm sure a lot of you have come to discover over the years, that contraception and it's hormones can cause major havoc with our moods as women and then there's good old PMT.

Anyway. I thought that was something I'd just have to deal with to some extent, being a women and all.

But then, I came across these: 30 Plus Tablets

And I actually find my moods a lot more bearable and I'm sure my family would agree, I'm less nuts during AF and while going through good old PMT.

I didn't actually know that hormonal contraception caused as much disruption as it does. I mean, yes, I knew it played a significant role in my moods. But I didn't realize how much it was to blame for my state of mind and moods, til I discovered 30 Plus tablets and there great effect on my moods.

I remember DF and I seeing the ad for 30 Plus in a magazine and me going, yup, that's definitely me! And he was like, hell yes it is! LOL!

Anyway. I thought it would be good to get this info out there, in case any of you haven't heard of it or have and wondered if it was any good.

From nearly everyone I know who has either just had the issues with PMT or even just depression. They have found life so much calmer and their moods so much more manageable since taking it.

I know they definitely work for sure. As, the one time I ran out for a whole month. My goodness, how moody was I?! Not good!

Then, once back on them, things calmed down again.

So yeah, I highly recommend trying them if you suffer from hormonal havoc or depression.

i have trouble remembering to take the 30 plus... However i have had great results taking Evening Primrose Oil tablets too. And it doesnt matter if i dont take them all the time. The other bonus of EPO is that it is good for skin complaints too.

Good that EPO works for you Bizzy. I have heard it's pretty good.

I'm pretty good at taking mine. Simply cause I don't like who I am without them
