I just wanted to know and get feedback on anyone who has used The Cot Store for purchasing their cot, change table and mattress?
They have a great deal on at the moment for $899.00 that I am interested in but unfortunately their only Nth Is. Store is in Wanganui, which is a heck of a drive from Auckland.
If anyone has any feedback on service (so far seems to be great) and specifically product quality / usability etc good, bad or otherwise it would be much appreciated.
I have used the cot store. We bought our cot and mattress from them. Absolutely brilliant customer service....could not fault them if I tried. I highly recommend them purely for the customer service! The products are very good quality for the price (not as high quality as touchwood and the like) and I would definitely purchase from them in the future if I ever require nursery gear again.
Thanks, yes their service has been amazing in response to emails and questions etc so certainly cannot fault them in that aspect in one bit, esp compared to some bigger suppliers so think we have decided to go ahead.
Definitely good price and of course you do get what you pay for but nice to hear that you are also happy with the quality too.
We bought our cots, mattresses and change table from The Cot Store. Def a case of get what you pay for, so the quality wasn't amazing but the items have all served us well and the customer service couldn't be faulted.
ETA: When we bought our cots they only had a shop in Chch so we bought based on the website photos.
