I have a Phil and Teds Explorer and have just found out we are expecting number 2. I'm debating what attachment to get for my toddler.
Second seat?
Buggy board?
Scooter that attaches?
I cant afford to buy them all so would love to hear what you ladies who have 2 kids do.
Thanks.

How old will your toddler be when bubs arrives? I have used both the second seat and the scooter...(17 month gap between my two).

I used the second seat up until DS was almost 3 then decided he should walk and put the scooter on. However, he tends to ride in the pram and miss 21 months rides the scooter. (He quite likes sitting on the scooter - strange little boy!) If you can only afford one I'd go with the second seat, your little miss could then either ride in the pram or walk. :-)

Thanks heaps for your advice. I might see if I can borrow a second seat from a friend and buy a scooter. Did you use the mountain buggy scooter that attaches?

Good idea to see if you can borrow a 2nd seat, if you watch carefully you can pick them up quite cheap on Trade Me too. My MB Scooter was originally on my P & T and now it is on my MB. (Got rid of the P&T). You will need to buy a different set of attachments to make it fit the P & T :-)
