Either starving or nauseous & nothing in between. Damn period mucking with your scales.
If I wasn't so hungry I wouldnt eat it's too Damn hot to cook!

I start everyday thinking I will do a fast day and have failed all week lol I wish the heat and humidity would make me want to eat fruit all day but no, still want some good fatty food in my belly hahaha

I just cannot get control of the evening eating and now I've just collected xmas presents from a friend (and had cuddles with her 4 week old) so a giant box of mint chocolate to eat :)
Alex starts school on Tues, Im doing my best to be calm and in control but I actually want to have a massive cry and some hunk of a man (Ryan Reynolds or Shemar Moore will do) to give me a big cuddle!!
Also meant to be heading away camping tomorrow but the humidity is putting me right off, just want to stay home under the aircon lol

IT is scary when they go to school and even daycare I cried with both!
My eating is out me control I need to get back to Work as I'm doing nothing so starving all the time!

It was good, we only went up to Parakai Springs, then home today to a trampoline party, man it was hot, so glad to be home and relaxing now and looking forward to my own bed :)

Yum :) Did I tell you my friend bought me a big box of mint chocolates for xmas which I only picked up last week, they lasted about 3 days lol
I ate a huge amount of bacon this morning and Im having stuffed mushrooms for dinner so I dont think I will weigh myself for a wee while!!
