Peg Perego Siesta Baby Chair

I purchased the peg perego siesta chair for my baby which is well known brand. It is a preassembled chair the screw on one side in the First hole and on the other side it is Second hole there is no alignment and balancing . You can see it in picture . We can make sit baby but the chair is always shaky and wobbling . If the screw is correct on the both sides the chair will be sturdy. The person who came to deliver the chair did not check on this .
