I'm 3 months postpartum as of today, second c-section. I'd just started trying to lose weight from baby girl #1 when I got pregnant with baby girl #2, so there's that. Was laying in bed with hubby last night and he casually mentioned that I'm over his "too heavy" limit for what he finds attractive. (He didn't mean it badly, wasn't fat-shaming or any of that, don't take it the wrong way! I'd honestly brought it up.) For reference, I'm about 200lbs, and 5'1". I carry it all in my hips, belly, and backside, very pear-shaped. I still look 6 months pregnant.
My question for you all is this: Beyond encouragement (which I desperately need!) how do you find time, and what do you do to lose the baby weight? I'm a SAHM with a 2 year old and a 3 month old. I don't know what to do.
