Hi Kim

Most Council's have a property search function on their website where you can enter the address and bring up all the rates information for the property - which should usually include current valuation. It's free.   Good luck

Yu can join up to QV too...but depends what you need it for...PM me if you want to talk about that further cause we use valuers and valuations daily
