down to Cambridge    Hubby met up with the place he is going to contract to in Hamilton on Friday and it all sounds really promising with very good $$ so we will be moving mid Feb! Its all very scary though - we have both only ever lived in Auckland and it will be hard leaving my family who am I very close to. And I have to go into work today and hand in my resignation, which I feel totally stink about as I promised them I would be returning. So as of this afternoon I will be an offical SAHM YAY!!!!!!!

We are going to rent our house out here and rent in Cambridge for a while just to make sure it all happens ok and he has enough work and we like it there. So anyone know anyone who wants to rent a lovely 3 bed b&t home, dble int garage, ensuite etc in Wattle Downs, Manukau

I know what you mean chicka i moved away from my parents and family and it was hard but u soon adjust and they call me all the time

Oh, lovely! It seems such a lovely place to live, if you don't mind it being a bit quieter, and I love Hamilton which is nice and close. Good luck with the move!

Good luck...I also recommend listing the rental with an agent...that way they can tenant, relist if necessary and do all background checks etc...and might want to consider them managing it cause you are out of town
We use B and T but dont get them to manage ours..cause they are close by...but they find good tenants (usually) and do all the checks etc, get bonds in etc...and they take commission off the tenant NOT off you!!! might be worth looking into in Clendon or Manurewa offices? even Papakura?
