I wouldn't have thought downloading even WLM would cut you back by that much ? I would scrutinise your bill when it comes or ask for a break down of the charges or something. Doesn't seem quite right.

Pics can chew it up pretty quick
I'm lucky - I think - when we use all our broadband we pay an extra $10 for another 5Gb and keep on going. Hmmm budget or lifestyle?

I also had to download a heap of stuff for a PR job I was working on, some of the files were over 1MG each
And I will be back on full speed within 2 working days - have upgraded to 5GB Part of the prob is that I was supposed to be on 2GB and when we moved they stuffed up the transfer and downgraded me to 1GB, and I never noticed coz I've been on leave so not down/uploading much big stuff.

I am so stoked with our new broadband plan - we're with Telstra Clear. We pay for 1GB and when it runs out it just automatically tops up another one! It used to drive me batty going down to dial up. Oh what a thing to complain about - slow internet!!
