Breaking News! Britney Spears in Hospital

This is the freshest news I've ever read. Can't find anything else about it anywhere on the net, but Britney Spears has been rushed to hospital. The police are outside the hospital keeping the hordes of paparazzi away.

Hope it's not too serious!

Will keep posting when I read anything else.

Sources reveal exclusively that shortly after 5:15 P.M. Pacific on Sunday Britney Spears was rushed to the emergency room.

Update: As of 5:40 PM, Spears was still in the Century City hospital.

Update #2: Spears was taken to the ER in an Escalade SUV with her driver and a bodyguard.

Update #3: We're still unsure what caused Britney to be rushed to the hospital, but we sincerely hope it's not a serious condition.

Sources tell us that at approximate 2 PM on Sunday Spears met with her Alcoholics Anonymous sponsor at Barefoot restaurant.

Early in the day, she went to an 11 AM service at a church in Bel Air.

We hope Britney's okay!!!

Update #4: The cops are crawling outside the hospital trying to keep the growing crowd of paparazzi under control.

Update #5 Sources reveal exclusively that Britney was at the dentist.

"She has had a toothache for a few days and her assistant got a dentist to see her on Sunday," says our source. "So technically she may be AT a hospital but she is at the dentist."

Update #6: Britney just left the Century City Hospital at 6:25 PM Pacific.

Yup, she's certainly one hell of a train wreck.

I think she needs to get on meds if not already and get her life back on track.

If i were here i would get on meds then aim to get my kids back off that loser of a father!

I kinda feel sorry for her aye. I mean yeah its obvious shes messed up. Just leave her alone already i reckon. Let her sort out her sh!t.

I guess it goes to show that being rich and famous doesn't stop you from being stupid and making a fool of yourself.
If it weren't for the fact she's Britney Spears her situation would be tragic.
She can't take care of herself let alone her 2 kids, and a loser of a ex-husband. Where is her own mother in all this, so much for a supportive family.

Well said gandt. It is very, very easy for the media to manipulate things in whichever way they want.

Look at the women's mags a couple of weeks ago. One had Nicole and Keith fighting and close to breaking up, the other had them all sweet and lovey dovey - at the same event. The timing of the click of a camera is everything. And perspective is lost in a photo - you can't see how close people ar even standing to each other, not to mention the amount of shots they have proven to be composites rather than an actual single shot.

ive never been a big fan of britney myself, and i especially wish that if shes gonna go out on the town she would at least wear underwear....

but as far as her being awful, hating her etc etc i think it comes down to the old saying "you never really know someone until you stand in their skin and walk around in it "

And i really dont think we need to worry about our daughters following in her footsteps-that would be like my mum thinking i was going to copy (for eg), farrah fawcett from charlies angels or something-in other words by the time our kids are preteens it'll be someone else they'll be infatuated with ....of course it could be someone worse but......
