Has anyone had any professional photos done whilst pregnant? We are thinking about it...(okay I am thinking about it - have yet to convince DH!!)

Wondered if any of you could recommend anyone in Auckland?

Ohhhh SimSam I am going to do exactly the same thing! I totally recommend our wedding photographer, you can see her work on www.2focus.co.nz
She is lovely and her work is stunning!

I have already spoken to her about doing some pregnancy photos for us!

I also love the idea of a pic of a semi-naked DH and the baby in black and white!

I'm getting them done this time around. I would recommend our wedding photographer her name is Tammy and she is the coolest person I have ever met. I'm not 100% sure how much she charges, I do know that she specialises in children/pregnant mums and weddings. She's got 7 kids of her own!! If you want I can get more details for you.

I had them done!! It was fabulous as it was my midwife who did them (she is also a professional photgrapher!).

I'll always remember them being done because my waters broke when I was standing in her studio with not many clothes on and then Brenna was born 4 hours later
She got a shot when I was laughing cause my waters were dribbling all over the floor!!

Anyway.... she's in Hamilton... bummer cause she does a FAB job!!!

HIghly recomment getting it done though cause you forget how big your tummy was!

Oh that is such a good idea!

My Dad was a professional photographer for 23yrs, so will get him on board once we finally conceive.

Hi we had some done not my most fav thing but BS wanted them and it was something to give the Grandmothers at Xmas a baby photo before baby. the pictures with BS by her self are better than the ones with me in them(I hate pictures of me). So I say do it if you're really keen.

Oh we had them done at Pixie photo's I think they where called in most shoppiing malls

Am waiting to get these back! (I only had them done a couple of days ago though ... - I'm impatient!)

Lil-Miss is really nice! She a couple of shots of Nikki, that Nikki posted - in the June pregnancy thread - about page 119 (that might narrow the search a bit!)
