Ok. Now, I would like to preface this thread by saying I am not a prude in any way, shape or form, and I am a great lover of jokes, ESPECIALLY of the practical kind, but I think this is just a step too far...
Rod came home today with a voucher that was dropped in for him as a token of appriciation. No problems with that, we get wine and stuff all the time from happy clients. Anyhow the voucher he came home with today is for a MALE BRAZILLIAN WAX. From an "anonymous" person. Office lady would not say who it was (which damn well annoys me)
Anyhow, the bit that rips me the most is we *think* it comes from a lady who has been quite open about the fact that she finds Rod "hot" (and apparently needs new glasses) despite the fact shes married and Rod is about to be, and has a new baby. Oh, and also that the office lady won't spill who it was.
And the other option is its the office lady playing a joke, which I don't really find funny as she is quite inappropriate at the best of times.
aaarrrgggh. yuck.

Poor you!!! (and Rod!!) I'd be feeling the same way as you! Maybe you'll have to give the office lady the hard word to spill the beans...

She just thinks its funny, and will be even less inclined to say if she knows how much it has my back up? I'm sure we will find out next week. 
I just think its really off to give someone elses husband/partner/fiance a voucher for a man wax.

just a bit "personal" when neither of us "know" the person, so can't tell the spirit in which it was intended. Might be funny if we knew the person and we could all joke about it...
Also, (TMI) Rod not very hairy at all, so no real use. (TMI, I know!!)
You want to see this woman whos go the hots for him, man, she is gross!

The fact he showed you it means he dosen't think its anything to hide or worry about. Look at the funny side, find out if its real, if your not going to use it, sell it on Trade Me and make some money.

I think that it is a really weird gift to give anyone other than your own partner in any situation. She is obviously a freak.

lol i can see the funny side, but yeah it is a bit personal. maybe let the office girl know how upset its made you and maybe she will tell you who it was or at least pass on the message.
On the plus side i would definately make sure the voucher gets used if not by him then maybe you could change it for you or swap it for a massage.

yep, and judging by her monobrow, I think she would need it!!
I know I have nothing to worry about on rods side of things, he's a sweetie. I know the lady who owns the salon it came from, she is a good customer from work, so I might ask her if I can use it for something else...

it was the office lady. Rod rung her before and said it had been bothering him (and me) as it was a little inappropriate. she 'fessed up.
