I think you will probably be right with 19! Start buying bigger sizes if you need to buy more

hehe thats what Rachael from tweedles just said when i went to buy 3 more smalls!! and my reply was that i would end up finding more neat nappies with in the next few months so will end up buying a rediculous ammount of the next size up too!! LOL
My MW thinks that he will be an 8-9lb'der!! so does that mean i can put him the cloth straight away???

Nappies for a day and a half, and if you want to avoid using the dryer every day, get two days' worth of inserts. I think you have heaps. When I get my next FB order (as in, when it arrives) I'll have 19 nappies between two children.

When did you all move your kiddies into the next size up??? i just had a look through Bays plunket book to see his sizes and he was 7.5kgs at 6 months 3.5kgs at birth so if Astin is the same then he will be in them straight away and in them till 6 months....what do you all reckon???..wishful thinking???

Depends a lot on babys thigh size, not just weight. You may be ok tho for 6 months, many people are.

charli was in smalls until she was about 5 1/2-6mths old.
and yes, 19 nappies should be enough!

Caitlin was 9.7lbs and went straight into her small FBs and was still in them at 6 1/2 months, she's now in medium FBs and still has heaps to go even though the size chart says to 12mths for an average baby (She's 75 percentile for weight and 50 for height - short n dumpy like her Mum lol)
oh.. and yes, 19 will be plenty even for a newborn

Briona can still fit mediums But I prefer the length of petites for her at nights (more stuffing).

Wow, how much did Bay weigh at birth? Krystiana was also 57cm but she was a slim 8lb (not so slim anymore ). But... he will probably only grow for another two weeks cause things settle down after then. Maybe a late 8lb/early 9lb for you?
