As part of international Breast Feeding Week La Leche groups all over the world are going to be getting today and having a Latch On. Name says it all really. A head count is going to be taken at each venue and sent to a head chick somewhere to get a world wide tally as they are wanting to try and break the world record for the most amount of babies being breast fed at one time.
The P.Nth LLL is holding The Latch on at The Home Birth Association on the 8 August at 9:45am with the official count to be taken at 10am followed by a yummy morning tea. Would anyone be interested in coming along?? If you are in another city and are interested contact your local LLL (white pages) as groups all over NZ are taking part on the same day.
Hope to see you, your child/ren and your boobies there! Hehehe
Home Birth Association is on Church Street. The part of Church street between Victoria St and Albert. It's a bright blue building and is on the left if you are driving from Terrace End towards Pumpkin Patch. Very close to the round about on Church/Victoria
