another rant ahead...

we are building a garage and have been for the last 3mths!! it should've been up 2mths ago but the ground is so hard, we can't dig down far enough to lay the foundations. a digger guy has been around this afternoon to try and lift up the concrete that's in the way but he couldn't do it
ideal garages are building it and they have tried various ways but nothing has worked so far. i'm just so sick of it. nothing has gone right with this house since we got it moved 3yrs ago.
we have another excavator guy coming on wednesday, more delay, with a bigger digger so hopefully that will work!!

i'm a little nervous about next week...we are getting our heatpump installed on wednesday while we are in auckland and i'm worried that won't be straight forward either even though there's no reason for it not to be, it's just the vibe of the house. then next tuesday we're getting underfloor and ceiling insulation so i'm anxious about something happening with that too....

i just need to get over myself i think and relax, i'm sure we'll have a garage soon......before xmas would be nice!!

You poor thing! It really sucks to have issues with your home cause it's such a big thing in your life isn't it! I know the feeling, as I'm often fed up with mine too..

Think positive though, and assume all will go well with the heatpump and that the garage will be sorted! Good luck

But just think how nice your house is going to be by summer! everything will be done and you will have a garage. Besides.... YOU CANT MOVE ANYWAY!!!!! We took posession of our house on friday and have already ripped out two walls, painted one bedroom and stripped the wallpaper off another. Now i have to start moving in tomorrow and im starting to feel the stress!

we were sitting in the lounge last night and another bulb blew. the wiring was all new 3yrs ago but the bulbs are forever popping. we've got the ecobulbs too which are 'suppose' to have a life of 5yrs
it popped and DH just looked at me with that 'of course' look and says 'if we could sell this house, i would tomorrow!'

oh well, this time next year all should be sweet
*inserts fingers crossed emoticon*

Hey did you see that thing on target i think it was about when those eco bulbs blow they disperse mercury or something which is highly toxic!

I its if you drop them kind of ironic that there meant to be eco friendly when there full of mercury.
