No, but can I get the same advice please!! I have spots everywhere! All up the back of my neck, round my hairline, big blinders on my chin... god, I'm a stunner at the moment!

Don't worry guys, that is pretty normal in pregnancy, all those darn hormones!! I was zitty as at the start and later on I got beautiful healthy skin. I usually have really sensitive skin and need expensive moisturiser but when I was pregnant I just used really cheap Nivea stuff from the supermarket and it was enough! gone back to normal now that bub is here unfortunately...

my skin is icky too! I love cliniques products. the moisturiser is wonderful. Go to the chemist and ask for samples. say your skin is really sensitive at the moment, and you don't wanna pay a lot for something thats going to make it worse. then try all of it, see which one is best.
What a cutie Josef is. Jake loves talking to himself in the mirror too. when he was little i think he thought there was another baby there. Josef is probably just very sociable!

i was the same - oil of olay and then all hell breaks lose.
I've been using the manuka something cream from living nature from the chemist - a little goes a long way and very affordable cost wise. I bought one small bottle for 20$ and have been using it for at least 2 months.
Aslo that LOreal microdebrasion stuff is awesome - I've used it at least 6 times and the difference is incredible.
Take some time out now to care for your skin cause soon...you'll be so busy with little one!
My favourite peice of advice to pregnant friends is one week before your due date book youself in for a facial and haircut if you can afford it - so when the baby comes and the photos are taken you look and (possibly)feel great!!! I wish I'd done it and have promised myself this time I will. I often give friends gift vouchers for facials at baby showers - you get so much stuff for baby but nothing for Mama!!!

It is really nice getting stuff for yourself at baby showers and it is really thoughtful of people. I got given a chemist voucher and told to spend it on myself when I left work and it was soooo nice to spend!!

Lucky you lot. I had heaps of moles and freckles pop up all over my neck and front. The midwife says they'll fade but not go completely, yuck

My skin had been really nice since being pregnant and now going back on the pill it has turned to crap again.
Hopefully my hormones will settle down soon. I hate having bad skin.
Change of seasons might be affecting skin too???

Have any of you tried St Ives? I love it and swear by it, they have facial scrubs that i use every morning.. you can get normal, gentle and medicated(for acne prone skin) i use their body scrub and washes, and also thei moisturisers too - mmmmm cucumber and melon.. you go out smelling good enough to eat! and it has worked wonders on my skin. everything else i tried before that made my skin worse... but since using that my skin has been great! then i just follow with a little clean & clear moisturiser... simple cheap stuff,
also if you are a make-up girl... full face makeup when you are preggy tends to clog your pores easier.. so maybe lay off the liquid foundation and try a light dusting of powder instead? the best thing about finding a quick simple make-up routine now is that it won't take you forever to get ready once baby is here... 5 mins for me and i'm out the door... i think i even learnt to put it on one handed with baby in the other.

I found I didn't even need to wear make-up when I wss preggers, nature just did it for me!
OMG _ I never got anything for me at the baby shower but I didn't mind then as I was so excited but since Joey has arrived we have seriously received MILLIONS of packages all for Joey and that is annoying, hehehehehe, then my darling Oma (grandma) sent me the most gorgeous perfume (new one from Gucci) and my hubby a bit of cash to get himself something. we felt so special, hehehehe, someone had finally thought of us too!!!!
