Our house!

Well we have been in this house for over 4 month's and it has some serious issues very damp and cold does not get enough sun rtc.  We have been on the the rental company so many time's and yesterday the ceiling in the lounge started leaking so back on hte phone i was very unhelpful they were so we decided to move.  I found a house it looked awsome on the outside so went into the rental company to say yes we want to have a look around.  Anyway while i was talking ot the reseptionsnt she said hang on there is a lady that might be alboe to help with something so she came back with this lady who I started to talk to about our house.  I mentioned all we knew abouth the owner was she was in realeastate she started to tell me how land owner's have a resposiblity to provide good housing and I should take it to the tenancy.  Anyway she asked out of intrestest where the house was and when I told her she anounced she owned the house and had no idea of hte trouble we had been having.  I was so shocked we talked for a bit told her we really did not want to move, but something needed to be done oh that we did not want to deal with the rental company anymore.  So she offreed to come and have a look herself to see what is going on.  She could not believe the state of the house.  She has decided that she is going to mamager the property herself if we are willng to do the lawn's and she will start getting the thing's done that need to be done starting with the whole's in my ceiling.  I can't believe how small the world is sometime's it such a weird thing that of all the places I end up it is where the owner of our house work's.

I am so happy we are so pleased we could not afford the shift and really like the house.  So ya we will give her till next winter to get some thing's sorted and then see how we go from there.
