Depending on how much you want to manipulate them you may find that Picasa is adequate. It's free

can i adjust the backgrounds and make them blurry and change to b&w/sepia etc on pacasa??

I've never used pacasa. You could try Isohunt for photoshop I think thats where Jess got mine. I'll have to ask him he may have actually brought it I'm not sure lol. I know he had it for a couple of years but never installed it until I wanted it :) He'll know anyway I'll ask him tomorrow.

You can make backgrounds blurry and change to sepia and B&W etc in picasa. You can't adjust the backgrounds as in put a whole new one in though.

Iv got CS3 and CS4 photoshop.. takes abit to get it but if you PM me, i can walk you through it. However, it is a 6GB download.
