Right so, as we all know, when children are learning to talk properly, pronounciation isnt good right?
I found a note in Thomas's lunchbox asking me to ring the pre-school this afternoon after Thomas was heard talking about 'Daddy's cock.'
After a lengthy conversation (mostly one sided from them) I managed to make them realise that it wasnt what they thought it was - it was Daddy's CLOCK! LOL.. Matt has a big alarm clock on his bedside table with big digital numbers, and according to Thomas it's Daddy's big cock. hehehehehe.. I love how people jump to conclusions before thinking about things logically!
Oh how I love my son.
Good thing they didnt hear him talking about the 'bastard dogs' yesterday. (blasted dogs)

Hehehehe, love it!
My niece went through a stage where she was absolutely obsessed with reptiles, turtles, frogs etc.
It was adorable when she said "tootles!" but not so cutey-cutey when she said "f#cks!" (frogs).
So many horrified strangers, hehe!

Hahaha, DH and I both had a good giggle to that one MissAngel. Classic!!! (surely the daycare is used to that sort of thing though, they couldn't have honestly thought he was referring to his daddy's bits?)

Recently a wee girl had her turn at news time and told us her mummy had got all her bum hair cut off because she was going to australia!!!! We weren't quite sure we had heard her right and asked her to repeat she said it again we were in fits of laughter!!! I love my job!!!!

OMG that is sooooooooo funny!! but I can't believe the preschool would wanna discuss it with you, they must get stuff like that a fair bit!
my wee one says "I'm f&@king my fum" (I'm sucking my thumb) all the time which sounds terrible and it's the only time she doesn't get the 's' sound right

ha ha that is so funny
DS3 goes to an eye clinic & they show him cards with pictures on them...1 is of a clock & his first pronunciation of that word was "cock", I had forgotten all about it till the dishy eye Dr held up the card & DS3 excitedly yelled out "cock" ...I still have trouble keeping eye contact with him

My sister and BIL were busy around the house one day when my niece started yelling "duck!" then a few minutes later "duck!" Thinking she was just playing, it took them a while to realise 'duck' was actually 'stuck' and found her trapped between the couch and the wall!
I can't wait to have my own stories like this! LOL!
