hhhhm, it's hard to find ones that make truely nice soft fudge.

was planning on posting a few fudge recipes anyway so will do the post, hopefully you can find something you like in there.

I have been watching for replies ......... only ones I know are the edmonds ones, which I like but...... mmmmmm soft fudge!!

I haven't got a recipe (yet) but I believe it needs to have cream in it to make it soft
