Is it just Caitlin? or does anyone else's toddler have issues wearing jeans?

When she bends down to pick something up it's like they're cutting into her middle (doesn't matter what size jeans). Same when she sits down, she has to lean back because the waist digs in

I've put all of her jeans away into storage now. She even has a Patch Size 2 pair that are rolled up heaps at the legs lol but even they do the same to her

Just wondered if anyone else had the same happen?

Charlotte still has issues- mainly because shes so tall I have to get her really long jeans with adjustable waists so I can take them in. They wind up really thick and bunched around the waist, baggy on the bum and usually too short in the leg.

I think I might just give in to her skirt fetish and dress her in skirts and tights all year around...

DH won't let me buy them for her because they look so uncomfortable. We have a pair of overalls and she looks quite cute in those though. They are quite a thin jean and we must have washed them 5 times before she wore them for the first time to soften them.

Sam is only a few months and I am finding that with her jeans. She is just at the stage of wanting to sit up most of the time and the jeans look so uncomfortable. We tend to stick with overalls. They are really cute and seem to give her the room to move. Plus the jeans don't seem to fit well over the MCN's anyway!

Yep we have issues here too. mainly I cant find any that I can do up around her tummy - even with disposables on and an adjustable waistband. If I go up a size they are way too long, and the other size is just too uncomfy looking. I had such trouble finding any that weren't 'skinny leg', esp at PP. Why do toddlers need skinny leg jeans?

lol Aimmee.. my girls need skinny leg jeans cos they have skinny legs! we have always found the jeans at tnt to be wonderful simply for that reason, although i must say it's harder with ayja cos she's got a nice rounded tummy so we just have to make sure they fit well around under her tummy. I did find the same probs with jeans when my girls were little though, they just don't mould well around nappies. but the soft ones from tnt seem to fit just right and leave enough room for naps, plus they don't go up too high.

I love trackies!

We had similar issues as Jennz with Maya, she was so long and skinny we really had to bunch up the adjustable waist to get them to fit her and she was always up a size in length. She's now in sz 7 eek!

The gremlins have a couple of pairs but they don't wear them often coz they are tricky to get on and don't seem very comfortable.
