Well I have done it, I have joined weight watchers online, now I am waiting for my kit to arrive in the mail. Looking forward to my package, then I need to decide whether to use points or core plan. Told DH last nite that I had joined up ... hope he realises that "I joined up" ... means your on it too!

WW is great, is how I lost a lot of my weight (though not to goal). I have done both programmes, and both were good, if you find you get a small loss after awhile, switch to the other one (you can do that week by week) and you should find you get a big loss the next week!
All the best for the weight loss!

I did the points plan from my mum books this time last year to fit into my wedding dress and it does work. I'l going to be back on it after I pop this baby out. Well give or take a few weeks until I am able to do it.
Best of luck for it, and the food is yummy and my DH did it with me and even he lost weight and wasn't even trying.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

I'm doing the points plan of my friends books...I did it once ages ago and lost so much weight!! Hopefully I can get the same results again this time (so I can ruin it all with another baby of course! )
Good luck!! You'll find it great!
