This may sound a wee werid but my baby used to do little what i call fart poo's after every feed, almost every nappy had a wee fart poo in it but now he has started doing one BIG poo in the mornings and at night...that doesn't bother me to much at least he pooing right?

BUT he has also changed to amount of feeds he is having during the day, the lenght between each feed is getting longer. I don't feel when he is feeding that he is staying on there longer and drinking more than before. Also i find he is starting to stay up for longer periods now he is sleeping through the night. He is BF and im just wondering is this normal or is he going off my milk he's just over 2 mths old.

Sounds normal to me. You just get settled in a routine and then you have to change it again.

BF babies can sometimes go for days without pooing and it's completely normal - but when they do go, oh boy...

It's also very normal for him to stay up for longer periods of time.. and as they get older they get very efficient at removing the milk from the breast without actually needing to stay on for longer. You'll prob find that as the gaps get bigger, he just gets more from each feed.. of course your body adapts and learns to make the right amount of milk as you are feedinghim so you won't always be completely full. Alot of mums worry about that kind of thing, because when they are very little you know you have heaps of milk cos your breasts are kinda full and hurt like heck etc.. as bubs gets older and you both get into patterns, that doesn't happen anymore unless you miss a feed etc.
