annoying paper subscriptions

   DH suprised me the other day after i made a one off comment to a GF that i missed the herald i get at work each day...and also made him buy me the sunday herald while out 

well he subsribed to the herald for home for me while i am on leave...or so we thought...

well three days later and no herald!!! hes rung each day and they give excuse that they had not entered it, forwarded to delivery person etc...

then just now a bimbo rang me - well DH but she spoke to me - and told me that she needed info...when i said i thought they already had that each day this week she said she hadnt been able to do it til now...and THEN..

1 - it hadnt been entered cause she was awaiting "rural delivery confrimation" - HELLO I can see botany shops from my balcony how rural am i???  and she argued with me that i was on RD!!! Hello???? I should know!!! then 

2 - that my street "doesnt exist on their delivery system" - ummmm if thats the case how does Joe rocokoko in the driveway across road from me get his paper delivered daily let alone all the other people around here AND we have lived here five years so it is NOT a new street!!!

3 -Her next excuse was "the system has been being upgraded for past two weeks"....yeah right!!!

Well i have gone OFF at her for her excuses (all three of them!) - and obviously not wanting us as a subscriber (her response was a no care one at this!!!) and also when she said she could now do it i changed it down from a one year subscription to a 8 week one....bugger them...!!!

oh and as i am on the internet panel for the readers views they are gonna hear about this at next panel!!!! USELESS!!!
