It's a free MP3 - so I assume this is allowed too

This is great for when you're struggling to fall asleep/
struggling with anxiety etc

Just a link to a site that contains a free PMR track. I figured it was relevant to a few different threads at the moment so I'll just post it once in here. It can be downloaded as well. HTH anyone who needs it PMR Track
