Topic: Foldable waterproof (Plastic) Change mat Posted: 18 March 2009 at 3:26pm |
Hi,
Does anybody know where one can buy a waterproof (preferablly plastic), foldable change mat from?
I have googled it and searched on all the baby websites I know, nothing. They do have some, but they come with pockets and things which I wouldn't need, I'm just looking for the actual change mat.
Thanks

Are you just after one to pop into your nappy bag, or on the floor for bum changes? I bought some stuff from spotlight today, and plan on adding binding to the sides to make a change pad. I'm also going to put fleece on the other side of one so it's not too cold when bums get put on it.

Hi,
Not for a nappy bag. Just one to pop on the floor to change him. We have an upstairs and downstairs house, and I want to keep it for downstairs nappy changes. Maybe I should go to Spotlight to check what they have.
Thanks

Hi, the baby factory had some nice plain ones without all the extras, but i don't think they were on the website, from what i remember not very expensive either.

What about a messy mat .. thats plastic and waterproof and would be relatively easy to find online.

I have an Albetta one: change mat
I'm pretty sure mine was cheaper though, I bought it from Redcurrant.

Hi,
Ok, so I went to Baby Factory yesterday and found exactly what I was looking for. Thanks ladies.
They only had a pink one, which isn't really suitable for a boy, but then I asked the lady that works there if they maybe have others in a back room and she said she received some stock that morning, but wasn't sure what stock, and as luck would have it, they had received more change mats, and in blue! Yay!
Thanks again!
