After doing heaps of research I want to buy a Medela swing breast pump, use tommee tippee closer to nature bottles & avent microwave steriliser... Does any one know if these products can actually work together?? Please help...

I had the medela swing and used the tommee tippee closer to nature bottles. You cannot express directly into the tommee tippee bottles if thats what you mean by work together. You express into the medela bottle either store the EBM in that in the fridge (if using it within 48 hrs) or transfer the EBM into another container to freeze.

Bit of washing but no way around it if you want to use the closer to nature style bottle as all the breast pumps use narrower neck bottles.

Have no idea if you can use the avent steriliser with the tommee tippee bottles.

I think as long as the bottles fit and you can close the lid on the sterilliser it should work fine together.

Just a suggestion - but wait before you buy a breast pump, I was all set for breast feeding and then couldn't (various reason, baby's mouth to small, nipple too big, not enough milk) - so just get comfortable with the whole process first before spending heaps of $$ on something that you might not need - but that is just me :o)

Good luck on this new exciting journey!
