Hi Happygal,

How did your FS appointment go? I have mine tomorrow to discuss our final plan of attack. Should be starting about the 14th September (if AF decides to behave itself) How about you? I haven't been as good at prepping myself as last time, I really need to find the motivation to get cracking on the healthy eating etc. Back to acu next Tuesday so that should inspire me
