    Posted: 15 May 2009 at 7:36pm
Hi ladies.
Yesterday I did no washing and then today I discovered that some of Jody's bibs have got some mold spots on them since they were left damp from her dinner 2 nights ago.

Any tried and true methods of getting the mold out without taking the colour out of the bibs?

One is a cheapy with waterproof backing and thin toweling type fabric on the front. The other is one that I made with waterproof backing, microfibre inner and flannelette on the front.

While we're at it, any advice for carrot/kumura stains?

I was having this problem to so I tried napisand but didnt work so I bought 'Sard wonder' I think its called it has aloe in it so it smells nice also, I just full a bucket with it and soak them for two days and even if they dont get that dirty I still put them in. Just to note that the stains may not come out straight away but they do its really good stuff. Hope that makes sence

Angel Baby Dec 09, We will love you forever.

Sard Wonder is good. You could also try a half and half mix of hydrogen peroxide sprayed on, left half an hour and rinse out with a vinegar and water mix.

ETA check the peroxide first to make sure it doesn't remove the colour. It never did on Jakes bibs but better to check still

Any Sard product should work its a really great product! If you can't find the powdered stuff the soap would work just as well just wet it and rub on.

Nah, I don't think so, she hasn't had banana very often and when she does she doesn't spill a drop However carrot and kumura gets spat out and smeared all over the show...
