I used to be a gym regular before I got pregnant but ended up cancelling my membership because I never went. I decided it would be best to exercise at home so I started trialling exercise dvds from the library which is when I came across Denise Austin's Shrink your Female Fat Zones, it's a low impact workout using light weights and an exercise ball. I've since bought the DVD.
I've been reading up on her and I think I love her. She's 51 (seriously, wait till you see her picture) has two daughters, nevers skips a meal and prefers sugar and butter over artificial sweeteners and margarine. She does exercise programmes for everyone including pregnancy fitness, yoga, pilates, cardio and weights.
