About 1/2 dozen of my itti bitti d'lish AIOs have stains on them (of the number 2 variety ).

I have tried washing them numerous times, they have sat outside in the sun for days (in the rain too!) and I have even done a one off overnight soak in napisan, but the stains are still there.

Does anyone have any ideas about how I can get rid of them and avoid stains in the future?

Currently with number 2s I rinse them and give them a scrub with a brush, then I dry bucket them and wash them every other day (daily in summer) with ecostore powder or persil then they are line dried in the sun (weather permitting).

Tips anyone? I have tried liners, but DDs poos are too liquid...

I find any lingering stains come out when I do a baking soda/vinegar wash. I know it isn't recommended for some brands but I only do these washes once every month or so and always do an extra rinse and my nappies don't seem worse for wear. Also scrubbing (I use a nail brush) with sunlight soap the rinsing before washing can help

Most of my stains come out in the sun though.

My DS's poos are quite liquid too, but I still use a liner as it does stop the majority of it soaking in. I'm like EsmesMum too, in that I use a nail brush and sunlight soap (as soon as possible after the nappy change)... combined with linedrying in the sun I don't have any noticeable staining on my Ittis.

Hope you find something that gets the marks out.

I don't use Itti's but with my honeychilds, I tend to put them through a rinse cycle before I do the wash. (actually, it's just a cold wash cycle with no powder as we don't have a rinse setting). I don't scrub at all. Then I do a warm wash. Then, dry in the sun (as you've been doing). I was lazy with my nappies for one wash last week, and didn't do this rinse cycle and for the first time had stains that didn't come out with the sun).
