1. Bung the chicken breasts in oven dish
2. Pour can of diced tomatoes ontop (basil, garlic etc flavoured)
3. Put a slice of cheddar ontop of each chicken lump
4. Cook it

Yummy! and so quick and easy to prepare.

To make it flasher - sprinkle some mixed herbs and ground pepper before you put the cheese on.

I serve this with potato bake ("Potato Bake" sauce out of a can, poured over sliced potatoes in an oven dish and cooked through)
